Oversees the workforce of the media and communications team. They will designate tasks and assignments to their commissioners and will coordinate with the Executive PRO in ensuring that information dissemination is given of high importance. They are qualified enough and have the necessary skills in digital arts, media, and communications.

They will act as the second lead of the department and will assist the DPR Chairperson in all matters where their assistance is needed. Along with the Chairperson, they will monitor and screen the outputs of its commissioners and will assume Chairperson's duties and responsibilities in their absence.
