Spearheads the cultural and sports affairs of the department. It is their duty to innovate projects that could incorporate culture in the events and activities held by the department. The DCS Chairperson will be collaborating with various institutional clubs and organizations in order to successfully establish the programs enacted by the Liceo Student Government that could further increase the presence of culture in the community. 

Works on events, projects, and activities that are for the benefit of cultivating cultural awareness. Wherein they are responsible for making the needed deliverables for the specific event and ensuring that the tasks are delegated equally to the assigned committee. 

Works on events and activities that are for the purpose of sports. Moreover, it is also their duty to work hand in hand with the Vice-Chairperson for Cultural affairs in order to formulate more activities to make sure that the event is culturally cultivating and engaging.
